Our Story
Wall Volleyball started with a problem I personally faced: how do you get real, high-quality volleyball reps when you don't have a partner, a team, or access to a gym? Before volleyball, I was a professional basketball player. When I made the switch to beach volleyball, I had never played the sport before and I needed to improve fast — but I didn't want to spend thousands of dollars on private coaching or wait around for someone to train with.
So I built my own system. I found a wall, grabbed a ball, and started developing structured drills that targeted the specific skills I needed to compete: passing, setting, hitting, serving, and defense. I treated it like a real training program — progressive overload, clear goals, daily accountability. Within a few years, I went from an A-level player to winning Open tournaments and competing at the professional level. Wall training was one of the biggest factors in that progression.
Along the way, other players started asking me what I was doing. They saw the results and wanted the same system. That's when I realized this wasn't just something that worked for me — it was something that could work for anyone willing to put in the reps. Most players think wall drills are random and pointless. They're not — if you do them with structure, intention, and progression, they're one of the most effective ways to build volleyball skills on your own.
