Wall Volleyball ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Wall Volleyball training platform at wallvolleyball.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your information.

• Account information — name and email address provided when you sign up via Google or Apple sign-in.
• Subscription & payment data — billing information is processed by Stripe. We store only your subscription status, plan type, and period end date — we never store your full credit card details.
• Usage data — program progress and workout completion data you generate while using the platform, stored in your browser (localStorage) and in our database (Firestore).
• Device & log data — standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically when you access our site.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and subscription
• To provide access to training programs, drills, and workouts
• To process payments and send billing-related communications
• To save your progress and personalize your experience
• To send important service updates and account notifications
• To improve the platform and understand how it is used

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate the platform. Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data:

• Google Firebase — authentication and database (Firestore)
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management
• Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In — authentication only; we do not receive your social media passwords

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and subscription data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of marketing emails (each email includes an unsubscribe link)

Our platform is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
